Tarjama Tul Quran is a compulsory subject for Class 10 students under the Punjab Board, designed to build a foundational understanding of the Quran's message through the study of selected surahs and their Urdu translations. Rather than full Hifz or Tafseer, the subject focuses on helping students understand what the selected ayaat mean, the vocabulary used, and the moral and conceptual lessons they contain – skills that are directly assessed in SSC Part 2 examinations.
